- Pathology(skin/body diseases and disorders) – name the most common
- Pre and post waxing recommendation Preparation of the skin
- Therapist professional appearance and communication
- Consultation and contraindication The five senses experience
- Customer comfort ( towel placement, client modesty, removal of jewelry etc.)
- Difference between strip & hot wax- application & removal
- Wax application & removal- arm wax, leg wax & underarm wax ( theory and practical )
- After care & home care recommendation (practical)
